If the game environment is unstable, the game may not run properly. Please check the following:

■ Clean up startup programs
- Use Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) to close other running programs.
- Press Windows key + R, type msconfig, go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
- In the Startup tab, disable all programs except essential ones.
- Restart your PC.

■ Scan and remove viruses/malware
- Use your installed antivirus program to check for infections and perform treatment if necessary.

■ Diagnose network connection status
- Reset internet settings: Start > Run > cmd > type netsh winsock reset and restart your PC.

Check internet connection: If using a router, turn it OFF then ON. For wireless connections, try using a LAN cable directly to your PC.
