The following cases may prevent the launcher from being installed:

1.) If the DRIMAGE Launcher installation file is not valid
: Please delete the downloaded file and try reinstalling via [link].

2.) If you cannot access the launcher download page
: Please check if you accessed through the correct [link]. If the page does not open properly, delete cookies and site data from your browser, then try reconnecting through the link.

If installation still can't proceed after trying the methods above, please contact the Customer Center.
