If Windows or your graphics driver is damaged or not up to date, the game may not run properly. Please update them as follows:

■ How to check Windows updates
- Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Check the last update time > Click Check for updates
- If updates are available, click Install now (optional)
- Click View optional updates to review non‑critical updates such as hardware/software drivers (optional)
- Select updates to install > Click Download and install > Restart your PC after completion

■ How to check graphics driver updates
- NVIDIA: If GeForce Experience is installed, drivers update automatically. You can also update manually via the GeForce website.
- AMD: search for drivers on the AMD website and update accordingly.
