Please check your payment history according to the platform used:

■ Google Purchase History
1.) Go to [Google Payment Center] and log in with the Google account used for the purchase.
2.) From the [Transactions] list, select the transaction you want to view in detail.
3.) At the bottom of the transaction details, check the [Transaction ID] starting with GPA.

■ Apple App Store Purchase History
- On your mobile device, go to [Settings > Your Name > Media & Purchases].
- Select [View Account > Purchase History] to check the order number, payment date, product name, and amount.
※ On older iOS versions or when checking via an iPad, the payment time may not be displayed.

※ If the order number is not visible, please try again after some time has passed.
