If you have already claimed the product from your mailbox, or if the product is applied immediately upon purchase, payment cancellation (withdrawal of subscription) is restricted.

If you have not claimed the product from your mailbox after purchase, you may request cancellation within 7 days of the payment date. Please submit a [1:1 Inquiry], and once the product is retrieved, we will assist with the payment cancellation. Refer to the instructions below if you need to cancel a payment:

※ When submitting an inquiry, select the appropriate category under [Payment] that matches the store you used for purchase to receive detailed support.
※ Be sure to include the payment order number. (For iOS, attach a screenshot of your purchase history showing the payment date, product name, and order number.)
