If your character becomes trapped in terrain for unknown reasons, there are two ways to resolve it:

1.) Use a Warp Scroll item from your inventory to instantly teleport to the nearest Warp Anchor.
2.) Click the [Emergency Exit] icon at the bottom of [Settings] > [Camera] to escape from the current location.

If the issue is not resolved through the above methods, please contact Customer Support through the path provided below.

※ After using Emergency Exit, it cannot be reused for 10 minutes, and any progress you made before using it may be reset.
※ If the Emergency Exit function does not work properly, please completely exit the game and try again after reconnecting.
