If you cannot hear the game sound in Architect, please check the following:

■ PC
- Check if the PC’s mute function is enabled.
 · System Tray (Bottom-right speaker icon) > Right-click > Volume Mixer > Check Architect sound settings

- Check Architect’s in-game settings
 · In-game Menu > Settings > Sound > Check Volume Settings

■ Mobile
- Check if the device’s mute mode or Do Not Disturb settings are enabled
- On iOS devices, check if Architect’s sound settings are blocked in system settings
